• Departure times and locations will be clearly communicated in advance — please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
• The coach will not wait for latecomers, and no refunds will be issued for missed departures.
• Return travel will depart promptly after the event — exact times will be confirmed on the day.

1. Secure your seat on the bus with a quick card hold - no money taken up front.
2. If enough attendees join in 7 days, the buspool's confirmed, your cards charged, and your bus ticket is issued.
3. If we don’t get the numbers, no worries – your card hold’s released and you’re not charged a penny.

• Your seat is only confirmed once payment has been processed.
• All bookings are non-refundable unless the service is cancelled by the organiser.

• All passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow attendees, staff, and the driver.
• Alcohol consumption may be restricted in line with UK coach travel laws.
• Offensive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the coach, without refund.

• Small bags can be taken on board, with larger items stored in the luggage hold.
• All personal belongings are carried at your own risk — the travel operator accepts no liability for loss or damage.

• EcoPooling Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend travel arrangements if necessary.
• In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be provided.
• Travel is provided in partnership with an approved coach operator — all passengers must comply with the operator’s rules and terms of carriage.

• Passengers must follow all instructions from stewards and the driver. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the responsible passenger(s).
